A busy tyre fitment centre is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
Requirements:
Counter sales or tyre industry experience preferred
Good customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of tyres, rims and fitment is an advantage
Computer literate
Professional, reliable and well presented
Able to work well under pressure
Valid driver’s licence is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with tyre and product enquiries
Provide quotations and process sales
Answer calls and respond to customer queries
Coordinate tyre fitment bookings
Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Promote products and provide excellent customer service
