Description.
Provide first- and second-line IT support to end-users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and business applications
Assist with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches
Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory)
Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset registers
Requirements.
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in an IT support role
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Experience with Active Directory and basic server support
CompTIA A+, N+, or Microsoft certifications (advantageous)
Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good time management and attention to detail
Exposure to diverse IT systems and technologies
