Faith and the Tap

Ask the Almighty, when he gives our faith grows strong,
When He provides unasked, no gratitude is wrong.

Water from the tap, an unseen reservoir's gift,
We polish taps of brass, and gold taps give us a lift.

Some drink from the tap, some straight from the stream,
Blessings unseen, beyond what we deem.

The Almighty sustains from unknown places,
Give thanks to Him, not the taps' shining faces.

Blessings flow from a source so divine
A hidden reservoir, a mysterious design.

So, praise the Giver in all you do,
Not the vessel, that's not true.

RECIPE

PECAN NUT BISCUIT WITH DATES

Ingredients
½ lb Butter - ½ Cup sugar - 2 eggs - 1 cup coconut - 1 cup dates- chopped fine - ¾ cup pecans – chopped fine - 1 tsp water - 1 tsp vanilla essence - Pinch salt - 1 tsp baking powder - 2 cups flour to make soft dough.

Method
Beat butter and sugar well and add rest of ingredients and mix well. Add flour to make a soft dough. Put through a big nozzle and bake at 180 in oven till done. Cool and then dip half biscuit in chocolate and sift icing sugar over other half.
