Melt in your mouth Shortbread 1 Cup Butter Softened – Whip for ten mins and then stir in 1/2 cup Icing sugar and 1/4 cup maziena. Add 1 1/2 cups flour. Beat again for 1 minute and on high for 2 minutes. Drop tblsps onto baking tray, Leave space between drops. Bake at 180c for 12 mins - allow to cool before transferring onto wire racks. |

What's the Difference? As a sergeant in a parachute regiment, I took part in several night-time exercises. Once, I was seated next to a lieutenant fresh from jump school. He was quiet and looked a bit pale, so I struck up a conversation. "Scared, lieutenant?" I asked. He replied, "No, just a bit apprehensive." I asked, "What's the difference?"
