(Sahih Bukhari 50:894) Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Potato nests Boil potatoes until soft . drain. Add baking powder, salt, butter & milk & mash till smooth. Spoon into piping bag. Pipe the mash into shape of round nest 700mmx 200mm on a greased baking tray. Bake at 180 for 8-10 min. Leave to cool slightly before removing from baking tray. Fill with your favorite filling & serve. |
