Chicken and butternut curry 50ml oil Heat oil and fry onions, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes. Add curry powder and fry for 1 minute. Add chicken pieces, tomatoes, pumpkin, salt and pepper. Stir well with metal spoon. Cover pan and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Stir in coriander leaves and serve on rice. |
