RED CHICKEN 5 whole dry chillies - 8 cloves of garlic - 1 tsp jeera - 1 tsp salt - 1/3 cup vinegar - ¼ tsp arad - 1 Tbsp chillie sauce - 2 Tbsp ghee. Disjoint the chicken, wash & drain. Put all other ingredients in blender & liquidize till fine. Marinate the chicken. Put in a pot/oven with ghee & cook slowly till done. Serve with pasta, veggies, potatoes. |
