QUICK GRILLED OR FRIED LIVER

Ingredients:
Liver – Salt – Pepper – Garlic - Green chillies.

Method:
Thinly sliced liver – washed, soak in milk and drained. Marinate in the above ingredients. Fry in pan with oil/ghee or grill in hot oven.
