MAGIC MASALA RECIPE

COURTESY KHATIJA EBRAHIM

1/2 kg red whole chillies
1 cup fine jeero
1small tin tomatoe puree
1/2 kg garlic
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup coarse salt
1 small bottle egg yellow colouring
Method wash chilles and soak in vinegar overnight
Next day liquidise everthing together

Can be used for any dish..
