RECIPE

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH SHORTBREAD

1 Cup Butter Softened –Whip for ten mins and then stir in ½ cup Icing sugar and ¼ cup maziena.
Add 1 ½ cups flour. Beat again for 1 minute and on high for 2 minutes.

Drop tblsps onto baking tray, Leave space between drops. Bake at 180c for 12 mins- allow to cool before transferring onto wire racks.
