CRUSHED WHEAT BREAD

Ingredients
750ml White bread or Brown Bread flour - 5ml salt - 250ml crushed wheat - 10g instant yeast (1 sachet) - 15ml cooking oil - 60ml Honey - about 375ml lukewarm water.

Method
1. Sift flour and salt and add crushed wheat and mix, add yeast
2. Add oil and honey to water and mix into dry ingredients.
3. Spoon into a well greased 23cm loaf tin, cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes until double in size.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 45/50 minutes
5. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.

Variation: For a delicious seed loaf add 15ml poppy seeds and 30ml sunflower seeds.

She enters a store that sells curtains. She tells the salesman, "I would like to buy a pair of pink curtains." The salesman assures her that they have a large selection of pink curtains.

He shows her several patterns, but she seems to have a hard time choosing. Finally she selects a lovely pink floral print. The salesman then asks what size curtains she need The blonde promptly replies, "Fifteen inches." "Fifteen inches?" asked the salesman. "That sounds very small - what room are they for?"

She tells him that they aren't for a room, but they are for her computer monitor. The surprised salesman replies, "But Miss, computers do not need curtains!"

She says, "Hellllooooooooo! I've got Windoooooows!"
