The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: "Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise." (Sahih Bukhari 50:894)

Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers.." (Sahih Muslim Book-48 Hadith-5)

O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, those present and those absent, our young and our old, our males and our females. O Allah, whom amongst us You keep alive, then let such a life be upon Islam, and whom amongst us You take unto Yourself, then let such a death be upon faith. O Allah, do not deprive us of his reward and do not let us stray after him. [Sunan Abi Dawud] (Aameen)

Ingredients
1 Large Fish - 2 tsp Crushed Garlic - 2 tsp Red Chillies - 1 tsp Salt - 2 tblsp Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp Tandoori Masala - 4 tblsp Lemon Juice - ½ tsp Black Pepper - 4 tblsp Yoghurt - 2 tblsp oil.

Method
Wash & drain Fish. Slash the fish diagonally on either side, three times. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate fish for 2/3 hours. Wrap in foil and bake in oven 200c for ½ an hour or braai over coals.
