COCONUT GINGER BISCUITS

Ingredients
6oz Butter - 1 ½ cups sugar - 1 egg - 3 tblsps dry ginger - 2 tblsps Apricot Jam - 3 cups flour - 3 cups coconut - 2 tsps bicarb Mix together then add 2 tblsps hot milk.

Method
Beat the butter & sugar together. Add the egg then the jam – coconut & ginger and the flour. Lastly add the bicarb and the milk mixture. Roll into balls – place on a baking try. Sprinkle with sugar and bake.

WHO WOULD KNOW?

The man passed out in a dead faint as he came out of hisfront door onto the porch. Someone called 911.

When the paramedics arrived, they helped him regain consciousness and asked if he knew what caused him to faint.

"It was enough to make anybody faint," he said. "My son asked me for the keys to the garage, and instead of driving the car out, he came out with the lawn mower!"
