Iced tea
Leave to steep for one hour. Then Boil together 1 cup Water and 1 cup sugar. Make a syrup, just boil till sugar dissolves, and add this to the tea mixture. Add ½ cup lime cordial and chill this mixture. Just before serving add 1 ½ ltr Ginger Ale. Serve with Lemon wedges Mint and lots of ice. |
