Polony Pies
Mix dry ingredients, rub in butter, mix egg and milk to make a dough. Make 8 balls, roll out into roti. Take 6 balls and fill Filling: 500g polony; 1 Tbsp butter; 1 tomato dices finely; 2 onions diced; 4 green chillies; ½ cup cheese – optional. Cut polony into cubed pieces and cook for few minutes until all moisture evaporates. Braise onions until soft add tomato and chillies cook until thick add the rest of the ingredients mix well |
