GREEN MASALA FISH 1 kg fish - 1 green pepper - ¼ bunch dhania - 1 tsp ground green chillies - 1 tsp salt - 2 Tbsp olive oil - 3 heaped tsp garlic - 2 tsp lemon juice - 1 ts lemon pepper - 4 Tbsp mayonnaise - 125g butter -- Use deboned and skinned fish. Wash fish and drain well. Process all other ingredients excluding butter together and marinate fish for 2 – 3 hours. Lay out fish in casserole dish and bake at 180 C for 5 – 10 minutes. Boil excess water with the butter until thick. Pour over fish and serve. |
