Tea Time

Amidst the morn's gentle embrace,
A kettle sings its bustling grace.

A symphony of bubbling glee,
As water dances wild and free.

The rising steam, a fragrant trail,
Awakens senses without fail.

Whispers of coffee fill the air,
Aromatic secrets we gladly share.

The whistle is sharp and clear,
Tea or coffee, the heart holds dear.

Sip by sip, we find our way,
To simple joys that light the day.

These are moments that unfold,
In the love you spread and stories untold.

Opinions may flutter like leaves in the breeze,
Yet the essence of life's joys, it's you who seize.

CHOC MOUSSE

100gr marshmallows (kayleys)
100gr cadboury chocalate
½ cup milk
2 tblsp butter
250 ml fresh cream (whipped)

Heat marshmallows, milk, choc and butter on low heat stirring all the time until combined, when done if u find lumps then strain and leave to cool...fold in fresh cream, leave to set in fridge and pipe into dessert cups, decorate as desired and serve chilled.
