RECIPE

FISH

1 small tin fresh cream - salt - pepper - lemon pepper - mustard - powder - lemon juice.

- Marinate for 15 minutes
- Dip in flour and fry.
- Place in Pyrex dish.

Sauce
¼ lb butter - lemon pepper - parsley - red chillies - Melt and boil - Pour over fish.
