A shining Star

In the stillness of the night, I seek the divine embrace,
I lie in bed, and my restless mind begins to race.

Thoughts in the dark persist and play,
But I yearn for a connection, to find my way.

I strive to silence the mind's chatter,
In pursuit of inner peace, my only matter.

Ignoring the noise, I delve into the gentle flow,
Hoping to glimpse a sacred light glow.

Amid the vast emptiness, a tiny star does gleam,
A beacon of hope, like a heavenly dream.

Could it be the light of God shining from afar,
Guiding me like a radiant Star.

In that tranquil moment, a whisper in my soul,
I find a connection, making me feel whole.

The light of God's presence, a comforting embrace,
In the silence of the night, I find my sacred space.

Butter kebab

½ kg chicken mince
3 slices bread, brown or white - put in magimix or food processor
1 tblsp green masala
1 tsp Salt
1 onion (grated & squeeze out water)
Green dhana
Mix together and add ¼ cup oil

Butter mixture:
¼ cup soft butter
½ cup grated cheese
Green chutney

Mix together, layer in pyrex and freeze.Form kebabs and put cube butter mixture in the center, dip in egg and crumbs, put in foil cups, bake till done and serve.
