  The special virtues of the night of Bara’ah are: Contrary to other nights wherein the last third of the night has special blessings and Allah descends to the lowest Heaven during this section of the night, on the night of Bara’ah the special rain of the mercy and forgiveness of Allah begins to shower down right from the beginning of the night and continues right up till dawn. more

It is Sunnah to visit the sick. Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said: "Visit the sick". (Bukhari)

Sayyadina Jaabir (RA) narrates: "I became sick. Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) came to visit me". (Bukhari)

After visiting the sick it is Sunnah to leave quickly (Mishkaat).

It should not happen that the patient or his family is inconvenienced in any way by your remaining there for a long time.

POLENTA TRIANGLES RECIPE

1 litre water
20g butter
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup Polenta
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chopped green dhania

Boil water , salt and butter. Gradually add polenta, simmer, stirring about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan and chopped dhana. Spread polenta into a greased tray, refrigerate for an hour or until firm. Cut into squares and then rectangles. Dip into batter and fry until golden brown.

Batter
1 cup gram flour
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp tsp chillie powder
1 tblsp chopped greens water..
Make a sticky batter with water..

Polenta is available from supermarkets.It is fine maize dritz. use it whereever u use rice, pap or mash. Polenta triangles are somrthing more appreciated by health conscious people or vegetarians.
