RECIPE

Macaroni mozarella kebabs

1 ½ cups chicken mince
1 cup mix vegetables
1 cup macaroni (boiled)

Process mix veg, macaroni, 2 red chillies, greens, garlic, juice of ½ lemon. Once processed mix with mince and add 3 tbl olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp garlic lemon and parsley seasoning. mix everything nicely together. Cube mozarella cheese and Form mince around it, dip in egg and breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs, fine vermicelli, tal and dry parsley) fry till golden and serve.
