Chicken kebaabs and puri

PURI RECIPE

2 cups flour
2 tblsp klim
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp butter
Rub butter into dry ingredients, make a crumbly texture
125ml milk mixed with 125ml maas
Bind to form a soft dough, allow to rest for a while
Roll and fry

CHICKEN KEBABS

1 kg chicken mince
4-6 slices bread soaked and excess water squeezed
4-5 grated onions
1 tsp baking powder
Aromat
2 tsp salt
Green masala
Fine black pepper

2 Eggs
Fine dhana
Green dhana
Fine jeero
Form balls

Fast fry in ghee or bake in oven with butter and lemon juice

THE WAKE UP

The patient awakened after the operation to find herself in a room with all the blinds drawn.

"Why are all the blinds closed?" she asked her doctor.

"Well," the surgeon responded, "They're fighting a huge fire across the street, and we didn't want you to wake up and think the operation had failed."
