Contentment

Allah asked the angels where shall I place contentment.
Some said on the highest mountain, others said in the sediment.

Allah said I place it in the heart.
I will not place it apart.

In search of contentment, we roam and roam,
Through cities and mountains, far from home,

In our hearts, a voice said look within, do not avoid.
We look to wealth, fame, and power to fill the void.

All we find is emptiness and longing for something more.
We hear a whisper Guiding us to look within our core.

There we find what we had sought, a treasure trove.
In search of it all over, we drove.

With His guidance, we find true joy and satisfaction,
In the love that He has placed within our hearts with affection.

So let us search no more, my brother.
Besides Allah, there is no other.

POTATO CAKE

Ingredients:
3 cups mashed potatoes - 1 ½ cups sugar - 1 cup flour - 3 eggs - 3 tsp baking powder - 1 cup ghee - Elachie - Coconut.

Method:
Beat ghee and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Put mixture into pyrex dish. Bake at 180c for 1 hour or until golden brown.
