RECIPE

Fish and chips

Marinate fish (either fillets or medallions) with:
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic pepper spice
¼ tsp black pepper powder
2 to 3 tblsps of mayonnaise
And some lemon juice

Marinate fish for at least an hour with these ingredients. Dip in flour and egg and fry in shallow oil. Serve with chips and salads
