VEGETABLE DISH SERVED WITH KHURI KITCHREE

Butternut
Tomatoes
Onion rings
Green pepper
Brinjals
Green peas

Marinate vegetables with:
Green masala
Dhana jeeru
Red chillies
Lemon juice
Salt
Sour milk

Heat ghee in a pan, add whole rye, jeeru and chopped up veggies. Cook on low heat till done
