RECIPE |
Chicken Jalfraizi recipe
Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil/ghee
2 medium onions chopped
2 small bell peppers, 1cm cubed
1. ¼ tsp turmeric/arad
2. 1 tsp rough salt
3. 2 tsp ginger/ garlic masala
4. 2 tsp chilli powder
5. 2 medium tomatoes
500g chicken white meat cubed
½ tsp garam masala
2 tblsps chopped dhania
Sauté onions in oil in a pan for 7 – 10 minutes. Remove ¾ onions, add it to numbered ingredients then add the peppers to pan and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add the numbered ingredients to pan and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken cubes to pan. Cover and cook until done. Add stir fried peppers. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh chopped green dhania
