Savoury Muffins Recipe

  • 1 cup cooked chicken/ steak / polony
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all ingredients together and put in greased patty pans or muffin pans. Bake at 180°c for about 15- 25 minutes until done.
