Ancestral Home

My ancestral home is my castle.
The bergs are visible from my New castle.

I live now in a faraway land. I live in a city so grand.
My heart lives where my ancestors rest.

My ancestral home is still the best.
I will rest in a strange land. I must first purchase a stand.

My soul will stand atop the bergs and view my New castle.
There I will stand without a hassle.

I will unite with my ancestors and childhood friends,
those with whom I used to run errands.
I have no friends, only strangers I see.

People who go about with glee.
I have lived my life and fulfilled my trust.

I will have to return to dust.

RECIPE

POTATO MUFFINS

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes, finely grated; 1 onion, finely grated; 2 eggs, lightly beaten; 3 tablespoons flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp green masala; ¼ tsp pepper; 1 ¼ tsp baking powder; 6 tsp oil; 1 cup cheese – chopped herbs & spices of your choice

Method:
Combine all ingredients together. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins, about two thirds full .Bake in pre heated oven of 180 degrees for about 45 minutes

Note: Add cheese, chopped herbs and spices of your choice for a change.

THE SMILE

Every Saturday morning Grandpa found himself babysitting his three grandchildren... all boys. The kids always wanted to play ''war,'' and Grandpa somehow always got coaxed into the game.

His daughter came to pick up the kids early one Saturday and witnessed Grandpa take a fake shot as Jason pointed a toy gun and yelled, "Bang!''

Grandpa slumped to the floor and stayed there motionless. The daughter rushed over to see if he was all right. Grandpa opened one eye and whispered, ''Sh-h-h, I always do this. It's the only chance I get to rest.''
