Spring has sprung.
See what it has brung.

The birds are singing.
The children are skipping.

Allah breathed life into barren lands.
Beautiful colours are seen all over in bands.

Red roses and tulips start to bud.
Children play in the mud.

The scent of flowers wafts in the air.
I stroll among the trees of fir.

RECIPE

Gourmet chicken burger

Chicken fillet cubed
Marinate in the following n cook with olive oil

Lemon pepper
Steers chicken marinade
Red Masala
Bbq spice
Mixed herbs

Cube potatoes n fry till golden
Season with Paprika, salt n dry parsley

Sauce
4 tblsp Mayonnaise,
½ tsp tlemon pepper
½ tsp Dry parsley,
aromat
1-2 tsp Sugar,
1 tblsp vinegar
Stir well-sauce should be abit runny-so u can add more vinegar as needed
Shredded lettuce as required

Slice burger buns n toast lightly in a hot pan
Put abit of shredded lettuce and a spoonful of chicken n top with cubed potato chips
Drizzle over mayo sauce

TRYING TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR

A woman is worried about an older woman, a widow, who lives in the apartment next door. She hasn't heard anything from her for a few days. So she tells her son, "I want you to go next door and see how, old Mrs. Pierpoint is doing."

A few minutes later the boy returns.
"Well, is she all right?" the mother asks.
"She is fine, but she's annoyed with you," he says.
"At me, whatever for?"

"Well," says her son, "Mrs. Pierpoint told me it's none of your business how old she is."
