RECIPE

Cheese and Corn Ssamoosa

1 kg onions chopped
1 ½ tsp crushed green chillies
Braise in pot with butter /ghee
2 tsp garlic
When onions are clear in color add in ½ kg frozen sweetcorn
2 tsp fine salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed jeero
Pinch of Arad

Cook until corn is done, and water burns out. Leave to cool completely. When cold add in your cubed cheese (500grams cheese). Mix well. Before filling samoosas add in ¼ cup mazeina n coat well. Add chopped Dhania. Mix is now ready for filling.
