  Salah is the major form of worship that a Muslim offers five times a day regularly. It is an obligation upon a Muslim and a Muslim is to offer no excuse when it comes to offering Salah. The offering of Salah in addition to representing the submission of Muslims to their Lord also has other benefits as well which are highly cherished by every Muslim. more
  

• Running a small business with Taqwa and Tawakkul

  Driving through the CBD I always see those tiny cafes, corner shops or even small businesses running online, I often marvel at the intense amount of faith and tawakkul one has to have in order to run that business. more

The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: "Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise." (Sahih Bukhari 50:894)

Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers.." (Sahih Muslim Book-48 Hadith-5)

Crystal style Steak Toasties

Sunnyside Classics- By Bibi Ayesha Kadwa

Half kg steak cubes..rump or fillet
1 tbsp vinegar
Make wagaar..1 onion..ghee
Add 1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp chilli masala
Braise then
Add in the steak
Aromat or salt to taste
Add 1 tsp tumeric
1 tdp chilli pdr..or kashmiri masala
Any bbq or steak spice u like
1 tsp crushed red chillies
Half tsp dhana jeeraa
1 tsp pepper

Mix well Cook few minutes. Then add boiling water. Enuf to cook till tender. Fry chips..add salt ..pepper..chilli powder. Add in Crystal sauce and some tomato sauce. Cut onion rings and green pepper rings. Put in microwave for 1 minute. Chop some onion and green pepper. Add to steak. Cook a few minutes. Add in the Crystal sauce and tomato sauce. Butter ur bread. Place the steak. Then chips. Sprinkle some cheese over. Put the pepper ring and onion ring. Cover with another slice. Butter both sides and toast. Enjoy.
