  Breathing. Easy, right? We all do it. It’s the first thing we do when entering this world and the last thing we do as we depart. For most, it is something that, as humans, we do not think about. It is a natural, innate part of our being. We have learned to go about our daily lives without thinking about what enables us to do so. We talk, walk, work, and play while breathing, without consciously thinking about doing it. more

The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: "Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise." (Sahih Bukhari 50:894)

Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers.." (Sahih Muslim Book-48 Hadith-5)

CREAMY PRAWN, GARLIC & LIME PASTA

Treat your friends to this garlic and lime-infused prawn pasta.
Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 15 mins | Cooking Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

1 box Knorr Tuna Mate - Lotsa Garlic & Herbs
1 clove garlic, crushed
The zest of 1 lime
800 ml hot water
15 ml oil.
200 g prawns, shelled and deveined
1 red onion, chopped
250 ml cold milk
Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large, non-stick saucepan. Add onions and garlic and sauté until soft. Stir in sachet of seasoning spice blend, milk and water and mix together well. Add prawns, lime zest and the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer uncovered for 15–20 min until the pasta is cooked. Season with black pepper, serve and enjoy.

Lost Turnabout

Driving to a new restaurant, a woman took several wrong turns. When she finally found the right road, she asked her husband, "Why didn't you tell me I was lost?"
