• Missing Soweto boy’s body found near Eldorado Park Cemetery

  The body of Khayalethu Magadla, a 6- year-old who slipped and fell into an open man hole in Dlamini Park, Soweto, on 12 June, has been found. Following 20 days of intense hunt for Khayalethu, his breathless body was found at the Eldorado Park Cemetery wastewater plant on Saturday afternoon. more

THE STATUS OF AN ISLAMIC WILL

Question: Is it obligatory to draw up an Islamic Will?

Answer: If a person passes away without a Will, in South Africa (or any Non Muslim country) then the Intestate Laws of inheritance of the country will be applied. These Laws are against the Shariah. Hence, to avoid this, it becomes necessary for a person to draw up an Islamic Will.

The Will should include: debtors, creditors, trusts, unfulfilled vows, Fidya and Kaffara for missed Salaah and Fast, etc

الوصية عير واجبة ؛ لانها تبرع بمنزلة الهبة ، والتبرعات ليست واجبة ، وهذا اذا لم يكن مشغول الذمة بنحو زكاة وفدية صوم وصلاة فرط فيها وإلا فواجبة [ اللباب في شرح الكتاب ج٣ ص٢٢٢]

TOP DECK DESSERT

The white part- 100g dream chocolate
300ml milk
300ml fresh cream + 3 sugar
1 tsp Ghas powder
Melt chocolate in milk, than add Ghass, boil add fresh cream and boil for a few minutes.
Chocolate (Brown) - 100g dairy milk Chocolate
150ml milk
150ml fresh cream
2 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp Ghas

Melt chocolate in milk add Ghas / cocoa powder add to fresh cream and leave to boil. Set in bowl, decorate as desired.
