The Shining Light

The shining light illuminates the way.
All becomes clear as day.

The light dispels darkness.
The path has no more harshness.

The light does not need to preach or teach.
The light does not need eloquent speech.

It simply shines like a silent beacon.
Come what may, it does not weaken.

The moths are entranced and circle in ecstasy.
The brightness leaves no room for a frenzy.

The bright light can amaze.
The bright light can daze.

Become a shining light,
in the darkness of the night.

KFC TWISTER WRAPS

Wrap

2 cups cake flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tblsp oil
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tblsp margerine
½ tsp salt

Method
mix all ingredeints together and make dough with warm water and leave to rise. roll out round rotis and bake in oven. chicken filling.

cut your chicken filllets in long thick strips and marinate in:
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3tbslp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic
½ tsp nandos garlic sauce
and ½ tsp of any nandos sauces.

leave in the fridge for a few hours. then dip in egg and breadcrumbs mixed with crushed red chillies, salt and pepper and fry.

Coleslaw Salad

Mix together 2 grated carrots and some shredded cabbage, 2 tblsp mayyonaise abit more if you wish, ¼ tsp salt , ¼ tsp black pepper. you may adjust these ingredients according to your taste and off course your amounts.

Sauce

2 tblsp mayyonnaise
1 tblsp tomatoe sauce
½ tsp chillie powder
mix together
in your wraps

Spread sauce on roti, add frien chicken strips, coleslaw, cheese and a few chips. Roll up and enjoy.
