CROWDFUNDING - Donate to Radio Islam

In an era where information abounds, and people can access information readily via their smartphones, tablets and other devices, there is still a need for the dissemination of authentic and reliable information about Islam and its tenets.

Radio Islam has been broadcasting for 24 years, disseminating authentic Islamic content benefitting 1000's of people across the globe.

This has been made possible through the grace of Allah and your generous contributions.

Help us reach our target of R500 000 - which will help cover a shortfall in the running cost of Radio Islam International.

Perspective

Why is there suffering in this world, you ask?
A narrow understanding of religion can the situation mask.

This world is not a street show.
The world is a place where you will surely get a blow.

Logic only is like a knife only, it cuts the hands.
In the realm of God, there are no chosen people or bands.

The world is a place where you for heaven liss.
God created a world of cause and effect, not for bliss.

The wound is where the light of God will enter.
How will you glow if you object to every splinter?

The loss of life is an enormous tragedy with which we must cope.
Those who return are full of joy and hope.

An experience of this world you cannot get for all eternity.
For in heaven there is no pain or sorrow that's our destiny

O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, those present and those absent, our young and our old, our males and our females. O Allah, whom amongst us You keep alive, then let such a life be upon Islam, and whom amongst us You take unto Yourself, then let such a death be upon faith. O Allah, do not deprive us of his reward and do not let us stray after him. [Sunan Abi Dawud] (Aameen)

2 ½ tsp solid ghee
pinch of salt

Make dough with approximately ½ cup warm milk and ½ cup water combined. Make a soft dough and leave to rest. in the meantime make some chips.. and once its fried, season with salt chilli powder vinegar, tomato sauce, mustard sauce ,mayyonnaise, chiili sauce and sauces of choice you can also add in some cubed fried polony viennas chicken or steak. THE SMILE

OLD SUIT

My wife and I were at my high school reunion. As I looked around, I noticed the other men in their expensive suits with their bulging stomachs. Proud of the fact that I weighed just five pounds more than I did when I was in high school—the result of trying to beat a living out of a rocky hillside farm—I said to my wife, "I'm the only guy here who can wear the suit he graduated in." She glanced at the prosperous crowd. "You're the only one here who has to."
