Radio Islam has a vacancy for a front desk operations person to fulfil general duties.

The applicant must have a valid driver’s licence, be multi-functional and work according to Radio Islam’s hours of operation.

Radio Islam's operating hours are between 6am to 10pm. One would only be required to work a 45 hour week.

RECIPE

Tuna Sandwiches

Sliced bread, crust removed

Filling:

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, finely shredded
  • Mayonnaise

Cut out shapes from the bread slices using a fancy cutter. Combine all the ingredients for the filling, add just enough mayonnaise to bind together. Spoon the filling over each slice and garnish as desired.
