Non flop scones Preheat oven on 220 degress. mix together flour, icing sugar , baking powder and butter into magimix or baking machine . mix together sour milk and egg and add to above mixture. make into a soft dough then roll and cut into desired shapes. brush egg on scones and reduce oven to 200 degress. thereafter bake scones until done. |
