Do not despair of Allah's mercy.
He has for you a lot of empathy.

Walk in the meadows and view the mountains.
Admire the valley and see the fountains.

Walk among the flowers and the grass so green.
You can hear him speak when it's so serene.

He whispers to your soul through the rustling leaves.
He speaks to you through the song of the nightingale.

He has an open door he forgives a thousand times.
What stops you from approaching him in difficult times.

He is the God of the sinner and the saint.
He looks for an excuse to embrace the faint.

Gem squash filled with vegetables and chicken fillet

4 Gem squash
Veggies like
carrots
sweet corn
colour peppers
and marrows chopped finely
1 or 2 pieces of chicken fillet

Method
• Cut squash in half and remove the inside
• Cook the veggies and fillet with salt pepper and a little green masala
• When it gets cold add about 2 tblsp of mayonaise to it
• Now put filling in each squash
• Put a small blob of butter and a piece of cheese and a sprinkle of parsley
• Pack in pot.
• Add a little water and steam till nicely cooked Enjoy

The interviewer examined the job application then turned to the prospective employee. "I see you have put 'ASAP' down for the date you are available to start, meaning as soon as possible, of course.

However, I see you've put 'AMAP' down for required salary. I don't believe I've ever seen that before, what does it mean?"
