Village of my dreams

The road is so smooth and white.
I run bare feet on such a smooth surface.

I take a picture of the tranquil and serene scene.
The mountain in the background, witness to the passage of time.

The tall protruding green trees above the sudden rolling mist.

Alas, the street is empty.
I wonder what happened to all the people I knew.
Perhaps they are resting in peace.

What does this dream mean?
Perhaps I am running towards my final resting place.

POTATO MUFFINS

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes finely grated;
1 onion, finely grated;
2 eggs, lightly beaten;
3 tablespoons flour;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp green masala;
¼ tsp pepper;
1 ¼ tsp baking powder;
6 tsp oil; 1 cup cheese – chopped herbs & spices of your choice

Method:

Combine all ingredients together. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins, about two thirds full .Bake in pre heated oven of 180 degrees for about 45 minutes Note: Add cheese, chopped herbs and spices of your choice for a change.
