Budgeting is a wonderful tool for managing your finances, but many people think it’s not for them. They are known as the budget myths—the erroneous logic that stops people from keeping track of their finances and allocating money in the best way.

This is for people who haven’t clearly understood the need to budget. Remember a budget is not only for people who are struggling to see the end of the month, rather a budget is for anyone who wants to control their money rather than allow their money to control them. Mediterranean Cous Cous

1. Take 1 cup cous cous and mix with half cup boiling water and leave to soak up all the water. When soaked add 1 tsp sirachia or any chillie sauce and 1 tsp cumin seeds.
   
   
2. In a pan with olive oil cook 1 handful diceed 3 colour peppers, 1 handful diced branjal 1 handful chick peas, 1 handdul cranberries, dates and dried apricots mixed.Cook till soft but not over cooked and season with enough salt and pepper.
   
   
3. Add all cooked veggies into cous cous mixture. Add brocolli and other veggies to get more veggies in.Garnish with chopped dhanya and parsley.
