RECIPE

Roghni Naan

Ingredients:
4 cups flour; ½ tsp salt; (1 tsp garlic flakes); 1 Tbsp sugar; 1 egg; 1 pkt instant yeast; 1 Tbsp ghee; 2 Tbsp olive oil; ¼ cup warm milk;Warm water to make
dough

Method:
Sift the flour and salt together, add garlic flakes and remaining ingredients and mix to make a soft dough. Leave to rise, then punch down and roll like small rotis. Allow to rise. Cook on a tawa, if desired, or brush with ghee, sprinkle with rough salt and garlic flakes and bake in a very hot oven till brown.
