    Today we will take a look at the second incident which transpired during the journey of Musa عليه السلام and Khadir and see what lessons we can derive from there. So having disembarked from the boat the two servants of Allah were walking when Khadir approached a young boy and hit the boy causing the boy to die instantly. Musa عليه السلام was perturbed by this action of Khadir and immediately questioned him about it. Khadir later explained to Musa عليه السلام the reason why he did it. More

Spring In the air

Strong winds blow, sweeping the fallen golden leaves.
The farmer, expecting rain, spring is a sure sign he believes.

There is a battle between winter's cold and summer's heat.
 Gradually summer will winter beat.

Migratory birds begin their return to summer meet.
Chirping birds and joyous children will summer greet.

Withered plants and trees begin flowering,
even before the rains start showering.

Gone is the feeling of depression.
All praise to Allah is our expression.

May he bless us with good rains.
May he wash all our pains.

Choccachino recipe

1 tsp coffee
1 tsp Milo
1 tsp hot chocolate
1 tsp condensed milk
1 cup full cream milk

It was early morning at the military base, and the first sergeant was calling out names for the daily work parties listed on a piece of paper:

"Ames" "Here!" "Jenson" "Here!" "Jones" "Here!" "Magersky" "Here!" "Seeback"

No answer.

"Seeback!"

No answer was heard again.

"SEEBACK!!!" The troops remained totally silent.

At that point, someone whispered into the first sergeant's ear. He looked again at what the last name really said, quickly turned over the list and continued calling the names printed on the other side.
