Step 1
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 ½ cups brown sugar
2 cups milk

Whisk the above ingredients together.

Step 2
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup nutty wheat
2 cups digestive bran
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup raisins
¼ cup sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp bicarb

Mix above ingredients together.

Combine step 1 & step 2 bake at 180 degrees for +- 10 – 15 minutes. This mixture stays upto 30 days in the fridge. Bake as needed. Serve with butter & honey or even plain.
