OVERCOMING ONLINE SCHOOL CHALLENGES - PART 3 |
The Challenge: Studying Effectively
Here’s the situation: Your child likes online school. He enjoys online classes and teacher interaction. He even does his homework every night. But that effort and enthusiasm just isn’t translating to the kind of academic gains and grades you both want to see. In a case like this, good study skills could do the trick. Developing good study skills can be a challenge. Most kids need to be taught how to study effectively, or they may spin their wheels without getting much done. Read More |

SUNNAH |
Asmaa Bint Yazeed RA says: "The sleeve of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam)'s Qamis (shirt) reached to the wrists".
Commentary: Allaamah Jazari RA states that it is Sunnah that the length of the Qamis (Kurtah) sleeves reach the wrists, and that of a Jubbah be a bit longer, but in no case should it be longer than the fingers.

THE
SMILE |
CONTEMPORARY JOKES
- Not even in my wildest dreams, I imagined myself entering a Bank, wearing a mask and asking for money.
- Never thought my hands, will one day consume more alcohol than my liver...never!
- I’m starting to like this mask thing... I went to the supermarket and saw two people I owe money to; they did not recognize me.
- Who was complaining that 2020 did not have enough holidays...now what?
- We want to publicly apologize to the year 2019 for all the bad things we said about it.
- If I see anyone on December 31 crying for this year ending, I will use a bottle on their head!
- Smile, release stress and be safe!
