OVERCOMING ONLINE SCHOOL CHALLENGES - PART 1 |
Overcoming Online School Challenges
Covid-19 has brought a lot of changes. One of the biggest changes is working and schooling from home. Since nobody is really sure of when things will get back to normal, there is a possibility that online schooling might be with us for a long time, and if it is a success, it might even stay with us long after the Covid-19 era.
Considering this, this week we will look at some of the main challenges our children face when schooling from home and how we, as parents, can provide solutions to these challenges. Read More

POEM |
In the warmth of early morning sunshine.
Observing nature so pristine.
Some birds walk and some hop.
Some sit on the roof and some on tree top.
Some chirp others squeak and squawk.
Others fly so high like the hawk.
That keeps my sanity.
Forgetting all my vanity.
No one in sight , only a lone cop.
No family, friend or passerby will stop.
Even angels cannot comprehend.
What the future will portend.

THE
SMILE |
BAD BEDSIDE MANNER
I recently learned a valuable lesson regarding what not to say to patients. At our large hospital, I watched as a nursing assistant pushed an elderly woman in a wheelchair. As he opened the door leading from the clinic into the hospital wing, the patient looked confused. “Where are we going?” she asked.
The nursing assistant gently explained, “We are going over to the other side.”
