The Concept of Piety by Sh Muhammad Subaiyyl Imaam of Haram Maintain piety and be watchful of Allaah in secret and in open, because Allaah has commanded you to be pious and watchful of Him in your deeds and sayings. In return, He promised to guide you to perform righteous deeds, forgive your sins in this life, and to win the greatest success and bliss in the Hereafter. Allaah says which means, “O you who have believed! Be pious and say the truth. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allaah and His Messenger, he has indeed achieved a great achievement” (Al-Ahzaab: 70-71). In these great verses, Allaah commands His salves to maintain piety in all their affairs, to be pious in their words and actions by adhering to His commandments, and performing them the way He has ordered them to be performed, and to refrain from all which He prohibited from words and deeds. read more |

The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: "Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise." (Sahih Bukhari 50:894) Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers.." (Sahih Muslim Book-48 Hadith-5) المُذِلُّAL-MUZIL: The Dishonourer, The Humiliator - Al-Mu’izz, Al-Muzil is the One who gives esteem to whoever He willed, hence there is no one to degrade Him; And He degrades whoever He willed, hence there is no one to give Him esteem. |

The electric company received a complaint from a lady that two of the electric company repairmen were working outside her home and they used a lot of profanity. A check of company records turned up the names of the two men who had been working in that area at the time involved. The two men were called into the office to answer the accusation. One of the men said "Why, that just isn't so. I remember that job. Herbie climbed a pole to do the repair. He was leading the connection when the pot of melted lead tipped over. The melted lead hit the back of my neck and ran down inside my shirt. "Then, I said to Herbie 'Please be more careful with that melted lead, Herbie.'"
