ABDUR RAHMAAN IBN AWF RA He was one of the first eight persons to accept Islam. He was one of the ten persons (al-Asharatu-l Mubashshirin) who were assured of entering Paradise. He was one of the six persons chosen by Umar RA to form the council of Shura to choose the Khalifah after his death. His name in Jahiliyyah days was Abu Amr. But when he accepted Islam the noble Prophet Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Sallam called him Abdur-Rahman - the servant of the Beneficent Lord. Abdur-Rahman became a Muslim before the Prophet Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Sallam entered the house of al-Arqam. | Easy Tawa Naan 4 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt ½ cup plain yoghurt ½ cup milk 1 egg • Make dough with the above ingredients • Form a medium soft dough • Divide into 12 to 14 balls. Roll out about ½ cm thick • Grill on tawa and brush with garlic butter |

SWEET CHILD A few days ago my daughter, who is expecting her third child, was
telling the other two children that this baby is kicking a lot.
She further explained that when she had the first one, Mikey, he
didn't kick too much. Mikey gently said to his mother; “Mom, do
you know why I didn't kick you too much? Because I knew you were
