THE BEST AND MOST MERITORIOUS DEEDS

His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin ibn Muhammad al-Qasim, may Allah preserve him, delivered the Friday Khutbah entitled, “The Best and Most Meritorious Deeds,” in which he talked about the best places, times, words, and deeds. He mentioned the superiority of Makkah, al-Madinah, and al-Aqsa Mosque. He also showed the virtue of certain months, days, and nights and went on to talk about the best words and deeds, in a comprehensive khutbah about many of the most virtuous acts. read more

It is reported of Sayyadatina Aisha RA that she said: A small goat was presented to the Messenger of Allah (Peace be Upon Him), he said: "Divide it out," then whenever the servant would return Sayyadatina Aisha RA would say: What did they say? She would say: They said:

“May Allah bestow blessings in you (Bãraka 'allãhu feekum)...”

then Sayyadatina Aisha RA would say:

“And in them may Allah bestow blessings (wa feehim bãraka 'allãhu),”

we return upon them the same as what they said, and our reward remains for us.

* Manana opens perjury case against former domestic worker - ANC MP and former deputy minister of higher education and training Mduduzi Manana has opened a case of perjury against his former domestic worker Christine Wiro, police have confirmed.

Chilli Cheese Toast

4 Slice Bread
1 tsp fine green chillies
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
Chopped greens
30g melted butter

Method:
Place bread in shallow tray. Whisk all ingredients beside butter. Pour over bread. Refrigerate -+ 30 min (must do). Preheat oven to 180C. Bake in oven +- 10/15 min. Remove from oven. Pour butter over and grill for 2 min. Remove and cut into square.

A customer sent an order to a distributor for a large amount of goods totaling a great deal of money. The distributor noticed that the previous bill hadn’t been paid, so he asked his collections manager to leave a voice-mail for them saying, “We can’t ship your new order until you pay for the last one.” The next day the collections manager received a collect phone call, “Please cancel the order. We can’t wait that long.”
