Commentary: This Hadith points out the excellence of `Abdullah bin `Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) as well as the merits of Qiyam-ul-Lail. It also tells us that it is permissible to praise someone in his presence if one is sure that he will not become proud due to that praise. Another aspect of this Hadith is that it induces one to wish for others' welfare and happiness.

*EFF upset over soldiers' #SONA2017 deployment - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) said it condemns the "unleashing of the army on the people of South Africa" in apparent reference to the deployment of South African National Defence Force (SANDF) troops to maintain law and order during the State Of the Nation Address (SONA).

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Steamed fish (boneless) hake or kingklip
1 Cup mashed potato
1 Egg-salt and pepper to taste
Ground nutmeg
Ground jeeroo
Green Dhania an onions-chopped
Parsley-chopped
Green chillies-chopped
Beaten egg
Breadcrumbs

METHOD
Flake fish finely and remove bones if there are any. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and flatten slightly. Dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown.
