THE DIRTY POLITICIAN THAT LIVES WITHIN US By Ml Yusuf Omar - Opinion Politics is not an easy game to play. At the same time, it’s not easy to just walk off the field. On the one hand, there is a need to follow stories and issues that affect our lives and the lives of others however, on the other hand, it is an uphill battle trying to separate the good from the bad. Every word uttered by a politician needs to be scanned and reviewed, every statement could have a different meaning or no meaning at all, and every concern could have an ulterior motive. I often find myself battling to decipher the concerns and statements by political parties. As I sit in the studios of Radio Islam, ready to analyse a story that’s making headlines, I have to awaken the investigator within in order to find some truth, or at least what I see as truth. read more |

If the mouth was not gargled at the time of bathing, but instead a mouthful of water was drunk in such a way that the water reached the entire mouth, Ghusl will be complete because the object is that water should reach the entire mouth, irrespective of whether one gargles or not. However, if one drinks water in such a way that water does not reach all parts of the mouth, then this drinking will not be sufficient. One will also have to gargle the mouth.

SPINACH ROLLS RECIPE 1 bunch spinach washed and cleaned. Method Lay all spinach leaves flat. Brush with egg mixture. Place 1 tblsp or more of chicken filling on each leaf, depending on the size of the leaf. Roll each leaf closed like a spring roll, making sure all the sides are closed. At the end pierce it close with a clove. Place all spinach rolls in a pot and steam on low for 15 to 20 minutes until the colour of the leaves change. Lightly brush both sides with olive oil and fry for just a minute on each side. Serve hot with puri and chutney |
